- Possesses a degree in hospitality or related professional qualification.
- Passion to work for hospitality industry.
- Excellent guest relations and communication skills.
- Attentive to details and have strong customer service skills.
- Good command of English and Japanese.
- Able to take challenge and work under pressure.
- A good team player and is able to work with minimum supervision.
- Able to work shifts, on weekends & Public Holidays.
- Handles check-in for arriving guests
- Responsible for cashiering activities including check-outs by different modes of payment, paid outs, etc.
- Handles guest requests made through incoming calls and perform follow-ups promptly
- Works closely with superiors and other departments to ensure guest's requests are followed through
- Up sells guestrooms and other service products
- Performs any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the superior
